The Stories to Stage Program remains a tuition-free program due to the support of local business and family sponsors as well as funds raised through performance ticket sales. Parents are responsible for purchasing clothing (shirt, pants, socks, shoes) for their child. Additional costume pieces and accessories are provided by Green Bean and the help of volunteers.

STORIES CONTEST:  Ended (November 13, 2019)

Students are asked to write a short story inspired by a Story Grouping of winning Art pieces.

Students may also choose one of the "Wildcard" art pieces to insert into the story group or write about either of the Wildcards individually.

The winning stories from this contest will be transformed into scripts used during the performance phase of the program. Winning writers become "Writers of Inspiration" for the Stories to Stage Program. Our younger friends that may not be able to write yet are welcome to tell an adult their story and have their adult friend write it down.

Put stories into the Green Bin in Mrs. Hehir's Art Room by November 13th. Email us with questions!
