Stories to Stage Performance Open Cast Director: Kelli Deliso Grades K-5 Wednesdays 3-4:30 Begins: January 3 Ends: March 30 Locations: Sutton Early Learning Center Auditorium Weekly rehearsals 3-4:30pm in preparation for the Stories to Stage 2024 Production! This program offers 50% subsidized tuition rate of $112.50 that covers the entire 3-month class period of 1.5 hours per week as well as additional rehearsal and stage performance time. Dates to note: Mandatory Performance Dates: Friday, March 29 & Saturday, March 30 (evenings) Tech Rehearsal Friday, March 15, time TBD (may be during school day as there is no school) Dress Rehearsals will be after school between March 15-March 28. Specific days will be chosen based on provided schedules from cast and other classes. All students registered for the Stories to Stage Open Cast with Ms. Kelli will take part in the wild correlating magic that is Green Bean's Stories to Stage program. Ms Kelli will be casting students in characters and using the children's natural strengths to inspire script-writing. Green Bean always writes customized scripts to showcase the individual student strengths and personality! Participant Responsibilities: Learning lines Base clothing items (pants, socks, shirts, shoes) Green Bean provides costuming, sets, props, etc. Following the Green Bean Code of Conduct, both students and families Program fee: $112.50 Financial Transparency: Green Bean is a federal, nonprofit organization providing social-emotional education through the arts. All donations are Tax Deductible. Stories to Stage sponsors including businesses, families, and regular tuition classes are used to pay for the full cost of providing the program per student including 3 month program, art/stories contest, Director, facility, props, set building, scriptwriting, costuming, rental space, etc. Please contact us if you know of a potential sponsor.
